# 镜头任务与连续性记录

用于实拍分镜与生成式影像的小段落规划、连续观看和修改记录。包含可编辑 XLSX、UTF-8 CSV 与填写示例，不依赖宏、插件或在线服务。

1. 在「记录表 Record」中给每个镜头填写目的、起始状态和结束状态。
2. 写清要保持的人物、服装、道具、位置和出入画方向。记录实际参考文件；涉及生成时，补模型、版本、参数和生成日期。
3. 将两至三个相邻镜头连续播放，在「文件与时间码」记录实际文件和检查位置。
4. 选择复核结果。需要修改时写清失配的对象、发生位置、准备调整的内容，再复核。

「填写示例 Example」中的门口离开场景为虚构填写示例，没有运行模型或拍摄，不代表实测结果。空白记录的结果保持空白，由实际复核者填写。

XLSX 适合在表格软件中填写，包含结果下拉选项。CSV 适合导入其他工具，不含下拉、格式或多个工作表。可增加镜头行；新增行应沿用结果选项和日期格式。

这份表记录判断，不自动检查视频，也不保证任何模型的连续性。项目文件应保存在自己的项目目录；不要在公开版本中填写客户私密资料。

## 使用范围

本次新编表格和文字可以用于个人及商业项目内部记录，可以修改并与项目协作者共享。保留版本说明；示例不得改标为真实项目或实测。第三方影片、图片、商标和模型输出不随本表授权。

Use the editable XLSX or UTF-8 CSV to plan a short sequence. Write each shot's purpose, starting state, ending state and fixed conditions. Record real reference files and, where relevant, the model, version, settings and generation date. Watch adjacent shots together before choosing a review result. Record the exact mismatch and the revision to test.

The doorway sequence is a fictional example. It has not been filmed or generated. This resource records human observations; it does not analyse video or guarantee a model's performance.

The newly authored table and text may be modified for personal or commercial internal project use and shared with project collaborators. Retain the version note. Third-party media, trademarks and model outputs are excluded. Feedback may be sent through the ONCE contact page above.
